With 250 new cottage style homes slated to start construction in the next 6 months (South of Lyons) and another 400 townhomes to start in 18 months (South of i-10 and east of Waco), 5th ward might be a place to pay attention to in the next few years.
Can’t believe B4-U-Eat is gone. Such a great resource and an online treasure.
Great to hear they are saving the DeLuxe. I wonder how many of these old theaters are left around town? I know the Paris on OST is for sale by a commercial firm – not a good sign for preservation.
RIP B4-U-Eat. Glad I was able to see it and use it.
