Ronnie Killen pulled out of selling brisket at Minute Maid Park because he claimed he couldn’t consistently provide the quality he expects. Now he’s letting someone else cook using his name and throwing it on top of mass-market cheesy cardboard? I’m starting to worry about the guy.
By the way, some real estate “journalist” at the chronicle is doing an annual “Loopie” tongue and cheek real estate awards. Very original. And miss the swampies.

Textbook cash-out move. I like how he talks up the commissary that is going to churn out his prizket. Quick look at their site and you see they specialize in commercial grade food distributorship. I have no issue with a businessman making money off his efforts, but don’t try to bullshit us into thinking this is going to be an elevated pizza experience.
Ugh, Papa John’s? Why not a real pizza joint?
Strong takes! You guys sound like you’ve been cheated on. The anger is somewhere between weird and suspicious. I wish Ronnie the best and hope he can be the next Luther’s. I miss those places.
Google: is not a big fan of fast food pizza, but of all the chains Pappa Jon’s seems to turn out the best pie.
