I went through 1210 Hyde Park about a year ago when someone was holding an estate sale there. I think it was on the market for about $750,000 and from what I could tell, it’d probably cost that again to get the house back into shape. It’s a shame that it’s going down, because it was once really pretty, but I’m not surprised.
