Always wondered about that place at 633 Oxford, looks like it may have been mixed commercial/residential at some point. Not sure how McMansion sales will go on that part of Oxford though, it’s stunk like a sewer pretty much continuously for at least the last 5 years.

Some years back, this place on Oxford had a sign in the front yard that said “I moved to this neighborhood because it didn’t have deed restrictions.” Understood.
Unlike the house in the 600 block of Harvard whose signs indicate support for BOTH the Tea Party and Historic Districts. More is less?
