Hope the new construction is raised about 20 feet.
Was out there yesterday, looks like fill was brought in and the construction is elevated pier&beam.
Any newly built house on South Brasewood Better be raised 8ft to 10ft flooding can be bad when there 5″+ of rain in a short time span
Aren’t all those houses at Rutland and W. 6th newer builds that are being torn down for a large apartment building? I think they had some story about it on channel 13.
