Slightly enrelated question. I have been watching for the demo permit for a house in my neighborhood to come up but haven’t seen it in the posts. Saturday the house came down. Is there a way I can look up to see if the permit was pulled? Thanks all.
The City of Houston has a permit search site, but it is not updated all that quickly…

Oh, and I can only get that site to work using Internet Explorer in Windows. Firefox doesn’t work for me, and at home with Linux, Firefox and Opera do not work..
Thanks, it was listed as a plumbing permit as the description was DEMO RES/SEWER DISC. At the end of the day it’s still a flat lot now.
