The post below lead me to believe JLB was already building at 2620 Dallas, or at least owns the property. Is this going to be yet another residential midrise?

I’m glad to see another dilapidated, boarded-up garage apartment torn down in the 77023 area. Now, if the one in the 1500 block of Lawson that’s been an eyesore for years would go away, there would be some mighty happy folks in Broadmoor. After all, it’s next to the new “Lawson Avenue Bungalows” under construction by InTown Homes.
I wish I could salvage the structural glazed tile at Dallas building.
