  3 story Tuscan tallboy. The so-called Rice Military sector is turning into something like NY’s Brownstone Belt. I wonder if they’ll follow the same lifecycle; boom, decline, conversion into multi-family, more decline, then rebirth. I wonder if they’ll hold up that long.
