I’m very sad; my friend used to live in the pictured house on Drew street around 2002. It sits behind an industrial building and close to South Beach. Very strange things happened in the bushes out front late at night. That was a fine front porch to drink upon.
Oh, and the house was definitely a dump.

There are some great houses on that street. I remember one in the 400 block that housed a potbellied pig named Lucy IIRC who loved grapes.
