Is Chick-Fil-A the new owner of the property at 753 Dairy Ashford? There’s no such restaurant at that location now.
Alright, a new Chick-Fil-A in the neighborhood! Apparently they are tearing down the L shaped strip center that has been at the corner of Dairy Ashford and Perthshire for years. Silver Street and The Ashford Arms pub use to be there, among others.
Chick-fil-a is going to kill it at this location. Across from a high school, surrounded by affluent families and on a major thoroughfare…they will mint money, including lots of mine.
Agree. And don’t forget about all those Energy Corridor workers looking for lunch (or breakfast). This location will only be a couple miles away from the new store at Briar Forest and Eldridge. They obviously know what they are doing, except when their CEO makes the news for the wrong reasons.
I looked at 810 Northwood a few months ago when it was on the market…. It was really rough on the inside, and there was a lot of “handyman special” electrical work in evidence. Not a big surprise that the eventual buyer wasn’t interested in renovating.
This CFA will kill it being across from Stratford HS. That’s one of the only reasons that Wendy’s has survived that long! When I was at SHS Wedndy’s had an after school special of fries and a drink for like $2.50. Anyone know much about those apartments located along Perthshire? I’ve always heard they’re just a bunch of crap. Some of those apartment complexes between Kirkwood, I-10, Eldridge, and Memorial could be torn down and replaced with nice townhomes or patio homes. People would love to get in that area to be close to Energy Corridor and good SBISD schools.
