Always hate to see a mid-century modern go (the featured home here), but understandably the land is just too valuable to preclude future development. If the Houston area has a greater collection of MCM homes than Town and Country, please let me know. Yes, I’m aware of Glenbrook Valley – IMHO, it just isn’t the same as T&C in design and quantity.
