I must be getting old (heck, I AM getting old), but the demolition of that stately Southern style home on Inwood to build a new Kickienda somehow seems wrong. One day River Oaks will be without those grand old front vistas and that is a shame.
That grand old vista is only 28 years old. What’s the backstory?
There’s nothing like having a $7M lot to build a house on.
