I have never said this in my life, but tear it down and build a McMansion.
If they deconstruct it carefully, maybe they could recycle all those quoins.

I heard they’re tearing down some apartments behind the clinic so they can expand the clinic, which is very successful.
Yeah there’s some weird apartments next door and I thought the clinic was still open, so maybe they’re tearing those down. I actually live very close to this place.
