  Re: 202 w 32nd — its about time. This place has been vacant for years, sitting in foreclosure, overgrown, since 2009. Big corner lot, just north of 610 @ Yale. Probably another McMansion, but anything is better than what has probably become a squatter’s paradise.

  If a neighborhood is relatively cheap, then the McMansions will come. Bye-bye Oak Forest and environs.

  But you are so right about the featured property, just pray they don’t build a strip center with an exotic club as the anchor.
