Too bad it wasn’t the apartments next to 435 W. 16th getting the hatchet
The apartments next to 435 W 16th have been taken down to the studs and are being renovated by the same folks who took apart and put back together the apartment complex on 17th and Yale St., next to the car wash. Looks like a good upgrade, but still keeping it relatively affordable for tenants.
