After Harvey’s rampaging waters, it really couldn’t stand more rehabilitation – especially after the prior Memorial Day flood and Tax Day flood. Three (floods) were definitely not the charm.

On one hand, I hope they leave the land fallow since the bayou will always be a threat. But, given the market value, it will probably gain a tower or two on top of a multi-story parking pediment.
