That’s too bad about the Heatherglen residence. In this neighborhood at least it had a bit of style about it. I’m sure a graceless 2 story McMansion will replace it
@Michael Bludworth The listing says that the house flooded during the May 2015 storm. I agree it looks really interesting from the exterior but I’m guessing, like many houses in that area, the flooding issue is just making it impossible to keep the house.
Yes Houston Developer, be sure to demolish all the mid-century modern in town when the next big sought after trend in housing will be – mid-century modern.
