Demolition must have started before the permit was fully permitted. The track-hoe and bobcat are in place and at least one punch has been thrown at the old house. A crying shame really. The old place has the original glass in the windows. I don’t recall seeing it for sale either. The east side of Youpon from Westhemier to Fairview has been untouched, or simply remodeled, until this tear-down. Argh. I hope whatever is built will fit in, and not be some post-mod-minimalist box.
