Houston Zen Center on the demolition list… Bad Karma
And another River Oaks traditional home about to be replaced by another McMansion.
I have, therefore I am. And so of course the bigger your house, the bigger you are.
The house is only 2,738 SF, therefore it must be removed.
Swamplotters sure like to live in the past. Maybe we should bulldoze all of River Oaks and old man Dickey can start up his dairy farm again. Would that make you happy?
Yes Bernard, yes.
A dairy at that location would be great.
You know you want it, too…
Maybe Old man Dickey can supply milk to the hundreds of Starbucks in the one mile radius?
Re: 1612 Yale — hope this is the beginning of the demo of this entire shabby block. Most of it is falling down anyway.
The Houston Zen Center is a beautiful old home on Heights Blvd and my favorite in the whole ‘hood. The ramshackle thing backs up to that.
