So what happens to the properties after CoH destroys the buildings/ruins on them? Does the City sell them off to try to recoup some of the cost?
I actually viewed 116 N. York. It was too rundown for me to restore,but I was really hoping someone else would. It had so much potential. RIP to another lost historic home.
