There is not a house with the address 815 Jewett St. 77009
The house in the photo had the garage closed in only about 6-7 years ago. The roof looks brand new. I thought other houses near by would go down before this one.

For the same reason that “Houston Heights” is in the first two in the residences listing.

The Bay Oaks house had bee stripped of all the salvageable metal before it was torn down. The windows were gone, and you could see where the pipes had been ripped out of the wall. I assume the owners did that, as it was too well done to be random metal thieves. i was tempted to grab some flooring, just in case I ever need to replace some boards in my house, but didn’t have time to get over there with tools.
