The Rip Van Winkle (I would sure get tired of writing out that name if I lived there) has a neat circular kitchen on what looks like an outside wall.
Wish they’d done an outside shot of that.
That Rip Van Winkle’s a gorgeous house (atleast in the pictures). Assuming its not a cracked slab disaster, I’m sad to see it go. Its go a bit of mid-century modernism going on
The same floor plan exsited at 12418 Rip Van Winkle. An investor kept the slab footprint, took the home to the studs and put on a second story. Looks fantastic. Great curb appeal.
