“Buffalo Bayou Park Cistern Will Open Second Major Art Installation” …. What? Still no Gorgon’s Head or symphonic orchestra music? Keep working on it and maybe some day I will bother coming, but until then my memories of the Great Cistern of Constantinople will do fine.
I lived at The Creole when I first got out of UT. I loved it. It was, and still is, a beautiful property and well managed. The Creole sits on the former estate of Judge Hofheinz, the pool is actually the one from his house that’s obviously no longer extant. I’m so happy it hasn’t been torn down.
Every week now its something new at Generation Park. Hopefully something big hits soon.
