That development potential article puts a weird spin on not having vacant land in your downtown, like that’s a bad thing. Of course, if they counted surface parking lots as vacant / buildable land, we’d zoom to the top of their list.
That McNair development looks like that ugly Independent in Austin. The Independent has ruined the Austin skyline (not that it was ever great). Can you really not do better than this for 500 million? Not impressed.
