Oh great, they’re going to tear up shepherd again and no one addressed or even mentioned the huge excessive delays that occurred on the first leg and how to prevent them from occurring again . Good luck businesses and I feel for ya cuz I definitely won’t be trekking down this street once it starts up again. It’s going to hurt more this time considering the street will be torn up right in the middle of what will be the worst of our downturn.
