Re- NRG road repairs: The COH is going to replace some of the most badly damaged concrete panels of Buffalo Speedway between So. Braeswood and S. Main, it was learned at a CIP meeting a few weeks ago. Otherwise limo occupants would splash Cristal all over themselves on the way to the SB. Why the COH should repair some bits, and the County others, I have no clue.
Love the Houston history reading list but I didn’t see this on here. Its got a lot about southwest Houston, Bellaire, River Oaks that I found fascinating.
