I’m glad to see all of these units are finally coming on line soon to help check escalating rents. Inner Loop rent rates are getting a bit absurd (for the record, I own inside the Loop) so I don’t mind a bit of cooling off and/or slight softening. I wouldn’t mind an added 1,000 units to cool it further.

Though, with 23,000 more people (assuming they all lived alone), that’s a lot more traffic. On second thought, let’s triple Inner Loop rental rates and run off a good chunk to the suburbs.
