    Those airport homes are right buy one of my last flips (4950 — the google street view is an old pic).

    If anyone wants to get started in RE, that area isn’t bad. The rent you can get vs. the purchase price is crazy. I think I bought my place out there for $25k and put about $10k into it and had a $900/month renter.

    I later sold it for $65k to another investor when I started selling off single family, but had I kept it, the money I put in would have been paid back already.
