I’m convinced recycling doesn’t work for apartment complexes. Ours added bins about a month ago, and people are stuffing them full of their regular trash. There is no way to hold anyone individually accountable for either failing to recycle or for throwing out trash into recycling only containers.
Interesting to read the Houston Housing Authority has sold their single family inventory in order to invest in multi-family low-income projects when the reason they bought the single family houses was to get people out of projects into homes. Hmm.
