Scratch that. Looks like some developer is building another row of townhomes (patio homes?) and needed to knock out the end unit in the previous development for some reason.

Is the circle of life finally starting to go for the second loop? I’ve always said that residential construction in Houston is a disposable product with a 30-40 year cycle. This maybe an anomaly though.
