2330 Gramercy is an expensive tear down. ~$70/sq ft for the land? I had assumed someone was going to try to flip it but given the Stacey Fine Homes sign out front I guess it really is a goner
I’m glad to see that the Omni is renovating or demolishing their garage. It’s so close to the bayou, it’s constantly flooding.
