Yes, this was the Pet Shop & Bird Clinic . . . . lots of illegally smuggled birds and critters met their
match there. Originally a 1920’s grocery store. Of course the notorious “Primo’s” restaurant just
across Rosalie St to the North was the place in the 1980’s for the pineapple marinated “outside”
