Oh yeah. Another driver less car in Houston. That’s something we’ve never seen around here.The Google car would rule if: the driver less car self-parked, self-fueled and self-maintained.And took orders for drive thru food!!!
Drivers will become obsolete. Then all vehicles will be equiped with remote controls accessible by third parties. Didn’t pay your parking ticket or your inspection sticker is expired but still need to use your car? You outta luck.
I bet that 50 years from now, my future grandchildren will ask me questions like “You used to drive your own car? Wasn’t that dangerous? Didn’t people crash into eachother? What was in place to make sure it stayed on the road… or could you just drive anywhere (like over curbs and grass)?”
