As I has stated months and months ago … Cleburne would be open by Thanksgiving and not in the summer as claimed and eagerly defended by others. Some people have no concept of construction
Inline detention ponds carved out of the Terry Hershey forest will do very little to address the flooding problems for homes on the Westside. If runoff has reached that point of the bayou, it’s too late. More needs to be done to retain or slow runoff from reaching Buffalo Bayou too quickly in the first place.
