The neighbors on Birdsall couldn’t be happier than when the bulldozer knocked down 902 Birdsall. The structure was completely inhabitable, except for the colony of ferrel cats that lived there. That property was a liablity to those of us that lived near it. We are estatic that it is FINALLY gone.
