Native Girl: I have a different take. Still inside the loop, close to downtown, and close to $$ areas. Sure it’s in a bad area but I’d rather build CLOSE to good areas that way way far outside the loop.

IMO the good deals (investment properties, land, etc.) are those ‘bad’ areas that are inside the loop, super close to downtown, midtown, motrose, etc. Tremendous amount of upside.
This is the town and country parking garage that TIRZ 17 is helping pay to tear down! Man, bad publicity day for the crooks on 17.
