I looked at this house (in the pic) when househunting this fall. It was cool but the sellers raised and lowered the price like crazy people, with no rhyme or reason, and rejected good offers because they were infighting heirs. THe street is allegedly nice with a bunch of Mcmansions and not McMansions, but even for a MCM lover would have been a total gut job. Great terrazo floors and a really weird (and not so open) layout.
