I don’t know who is killing the great apartments of Europe, but are they for hire to kill a few by me?
Sacre Bleu! I spent a couple of happy years at the PV during the early 80s. Even then it was a little rundown but what it lacked in maintenance at made up for in charm and trees. So long, another hazy memory of my youth!
