  • the dunstan house makes me sad. i lived a block away from it, in a rental, and would have dearly loved to stay on that street in a forever home…even this one. the character of the street has been decimated by newly-built architectural schlock and italianate crap, and i am genuinely disheartened to see another 1920s house go (bad addition and all).

    the only thing that makes this teardown a bit more palatable is that it isn’t a stone bungalow.
