   That house on Rollingwood is shockingly old for a subdivision home in the area (1949).

   There are a number of houses on that street on the 1953 Google Earth picture, and the street exists on the 1944 photo.

   Actuall that’s just about right. I can remeber some large estate houses along Long Point decades ago that looked like they were built in the late 30s.
