5212 Crawford–good riddance. I’m surprised the building hasn’t already collapsed following years of disrepair.
Aww, goodbye, Crawford House! A bunch of Rice friends lived there commune-style in the mid-80s.
3903 Bute is quite the urban forest. It’s on the same block as the giant white Colonial at 3904 Brandt that was featured on here back in January.

You don’t know what you are talking about. Although the Crawford house was ugly on the outside (it desperately needed some paint), it was maintained by the owner and continuously inhabited by renters up to the week before the sale.
