Is that MD Anderson address the old UT Dental Branch coming down?
Lockhart was originally built to be a synagogue, but was sold to the school district once the neighborhood was “block busted” and the Jewish population began migrating westward, towards Meyerland. The twin pedestals at the entrance once held menorahs.
Well, darn. Another one in the Guide bites the dust.
