  • Have you noticed how we no longer think it worthy of amazement or tsk tsk when a fine home gets the dozer treatment?
Today’s photo-ed home went for about half a mil and looks like it has plenty of life left in it, but…we all know the story by now.

In my old home, I have recently been getting bids on a new AC system and every man who comes here says something along the lines of “Are you sure you want to put money into this house? Won’t the next owner just tear it down?”

    Disheartening.

  • So true, we are painting inside and outside prior to putting our home up for sale (inside the loop) and wonder if we aren’t just wasting money and paint if someone just wants to tear it down.

  • Anybody have any info on the 4215 Graustark building? I drive by there all the time and it just seems to me that there’s got to be a story there.

  • John Newton Piano tuning services/Organs according to google, I have an idea what you’re talking about though. Went to St. Thomas in the 90’s.
