AAWWW, what a cute little house on Hewitt.
Wow, tried to buy that home. Was owned by the guy who owns the wine bar around the corner.
When realtors are taking the photos, why don’t they at least put the seat down?
1515 Hewitt was a foreclosure – bought for $155K cash. Looks to have been in pretty good shape; I like the closet converted to wine chiller. Will probably be replaced by something 3x as big, but with zero charm.
