ah…the last of the San Felipe Court apartments. sad to see them go. it was a great location for being inside the loop.
even if you had to put up with the occasional train.
I had a friend who lived there. It was a great price to put up with the train an not having a washer and drying inside your unit.
I’m guessing more (taller) apartments are going up here?
