Didn’t Jerry Built just open a few months ago?
I just had a very nice burger at Jerry Built, and I still have a fistful of their coupons. Oh no!!
JerryBuilt Homegrown Burgers is at 3501 W. Holcombe – safe for now.
My husband and I couldn’t wait to try Jerry Built Burgers and we were terribly underwhelmed and disappointed. If ‘fresh and organic’ ingredients stands for dry, tasteless burger patties, a dry crumbly bun, wilted lettuce and greasy fries stuffed in a paper fry holder, we’ll pass. As much as I dislike McD’s, I’ve had better burgers there than JB. But hardly anything beats a good old Whataburger!
I drove by there today and saw the demo in progress. It was the old Gaslight dirty bookstore/video place.
According to HAR, the Inverness property sold a couple of months ago for over $2.5 million. It was built in 1950. It’s a corner lot that’s 21.5K SF, so I’m guessing we’ll see something ginorm going up soon?
