If the house on Reba is a tear-down, that means that River Oaks dirt is now $130+ per s.f. (Granted, this is a particularly prime chunk of R.O.)
I wonder if they’re just going to throw away that sub-zero fridge.
Interesting that these North properties turned up on Monday. They were torn down the prior Friday and Saturday. Do you know what date the permits were issued? Same goes for the North property that’s on today’s (1-9) demo report. It was knocked over two days ago.
