The Cal-Tex address is the West side of Yale, currently used mainly as a parking lot. The appraised value of that piece of land went from $970k last year to over $2.8M this year. I’m guessing Cal-Tex will be selling this land for development (if they haven’t already). It could mean multi-family development on that side of Yale from 4th all the way to 7th.
