Too bad-this is the kind of property we like to fix up. On market for 1 day, agent sold it himself, cash deal. Good buy for someone, good location if not a perfect one.
That Ridge house looked nasty, but far from a teardown. Looked like great potential to me.
So can we just go up there and tear it apart?
