Those darker floors in the Driscoll house look like the original oak. I hope (but doubt) that they saved them, if nothing else, to give to umm… what’s it called? Heritage Restoration or something like that? Or even sell to Klaus.
Is 403 W 15th really (as Google Maps indicates) the NW corner of 15th and Rutland? This is a lot that’s appeared on swamplot previously:

I wasn’t aware that there was anything else to demolish there, except maybe for the cameras TBW set up to keep an eye on neighborhood protestors.
